Cabled up stream from cleanout 17' to clear blocking. Ran camera, all clear. Pipes are closing, will need jetting services soon. Jackhammer floor to access leak. Repair copper pipe, back fill dirt and patch concrete. Cut and remove washer stand pipe and also p-trap. Rerun drain line to further point in schedule 40 PVC and tub out wall.

Moved cold galvanized water line to opposite of hot water line. Remove hot water and cap off. No water at kitchen sink. Due to sediment in line, flush out sediment from airator, sprayer hose and supply lines. Cable and camera main line outside. Clear out found roots mass upstream c/o. Approximately 2' and belly in line approx 10-12 down stream.

High water bill. Called I find leaks to perform leak detection. Line tested under house. System handle 80 psi. Line is intact. Narrowed the problem down to irrigation system. System is on a seven days cycle. Adjusted unit to use less water. Install customer supplied flitration system under sink.
